D&M Engineering and Repair Services Ltd was set up in September 2013 by David Graves and Mark Beaumont with 60 years of combined experience in the industry covering all aspects of repair to plant machinery as well as waste recycling machinery.
What We Do
Caring for a range of machines from loading shovels from the likes of CAT and Volvo to 360 Machines from across the range of manufacturers. Shredders and screeners from the recycling industry including Doppstadt and Komptech. Plant bucket manufacture and refurbishment is a speciality and we can make any size required from Hardox wear resistant plate or to any spec required.
We supply wear edges to fit any bucket complete with bolts and delivered to site or fitted as required. Laser cutting service is available for large production runs or for more intricate parts as required. Mobile welding service and fabrication available for site work as well as in house. Repairing steel, stainless steel, Aluminium and cast.
We have a 7.5 tonne Flatbed lorry with 2.6 tonne hiab crane to aid with collections ,deliveries and installations.
Our Customers
Our customers include Network Rail, Amey waste recycling(East), South Cambs Council as well as numerous other business as far as Crewe and the midlands. Our workshop is equipped with vehicle ramps to carry out various repairs on cars and vans. We can supply parts for nearly any vehicle on the road through our network of suppliers, service items or major parts. Past projects include boats and Potato harvesting machinery, from painting to full refurbishment
